The Policy and Strategy of Human Resources
In CarrefourSA, strategies regarding Human Resources are designed to support its goal of being awarded with the title of "Employer of Choice" in line with the vision of “Sabancı of New Generation”. 
The goal of Human Resources management and practices is to make CarrefourSA the "Employer of Choice" for its current and potential employees by providing a unique employee experience that provides individuals a purpose and opportunity for self-realization and supports fairness, continuous development, participation, high performance and diversity.

In 2018, in line with the vision of "Sabancı of the New Generation" defined by Sabancı Holding and the Human Resources Strategic Roadmap, business culture of CarrefourSA was defined and The Values and Competency Model was added.

Sabancı Competency Model
In the second step in line with the Sabancı Holding Human Resources Strategic Roadmap, we defined the behaviors and skills that will make us successful on our way to becoming the "Sabancı of the New Generation", the behaviors and skills that we expect our leaders and employees to have and whose development we will focus on, namely the Sabancı Competency Model.
The Sabancı Competency Model, which defines the behaviors that will enable the realization of the culture, values and strategies that constitute the vision of "Sabancı of the New Generation", consists of the following three parts:
