We continue to monitor and improve our sustainability performance in line with international standards. Within this scope, we have been actively participating in CDP reporting processes by sharing data on climate change and water security since 2020, and on deforestation since 2022.
Through CDP reporting, which enables the holistic assessment of interconnected environmental topics such as climate change, water security, and deforestation, we are able to monitor and manage the impacts across our value chain more effectively.
As one of the limited number of food retailers reporting under the deforestation module, we take a broader approach to issues such as natural resource use, responsible sourcing, and our impact on ecosystems, while continuously improving our practices in these areas.
According to the 2025 CDP scoring results, we achieved a “Triple A” rating by being included in the Global A List across all three modules: Climate Change, Water Security, and Forests.
We are proud to be the only food retailer in Türkiye among just 27 companies worldwide to reach this level of performance.
With this achievement, we are proud to be the only food retailer in Türkiye among just 27 companies worldwide to reach this level of performance. What is the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP)?
The Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) is an independent non-governmental organization founded in 2000 in the UK. It provides a platform for companies, cities, and governments worldwide to report and manage their environmental impacts. CDP collects data on climate change, water security, and deforestation and shares this information with the public. By doing so, it helps companies and cities improve their environmental performance while offering transparent and reliable information for investors.
