Board Member

He was born in 1967 in the Maçka district of Trabzon and graduated from the Department of Textile Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. He began his career in the textile industry in 1987 and has held management positions at Aydın Örme since 1991. He is the majority shareholder of Turgut Aydın Holding, which operates in the retail, healthcare, financial services, and textile sectors. He currently serves as Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors at companies within the Turgut Aydın Holding group, including Yeni Mağazacılık, Memorial Health Group, TOM Bank, and English Home. He has continued to serve as Chairperson of the Board of Directors at CarrefourSA since July 31, 2026.

Vice-Chair of the Board

He graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Bilkent University in 1991. He has held management positions at Vestel Foreign Trade, Aydın Örme, and English Home, and served as CEO of Yeni Mağazacılık from 2010 to 2021; during this period, he led the company’s growth from approximately 375 stores to over 10,000 and the establishment of a network spanning all 81 provinces of Turkey. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Yeni Mağazacılık. He has served as Deputy Chairperson of the Board of Directors at CarrefourSA since July 31, 2026.

Dr. Osman Yılmaz earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from the London School of Economics; he received his master’s degree in Financial Engineering from Boğaziçi University and his Ph.D. in Financial Mathematics from Özyeğin University. Yılmaz began his career at Türkiye İş Bankası and subsequently held various finance and management positions at Türk Ekonomi Bankası and HSBC. Between 2016 and 2023, he held various senior positions at Turkcell, where he led the group’s financial management and financial services operations as Group CFO and served as a member of the TOGG Board of Directors. In 2023, he assumed the role of Global CFO at Getir. He currently serves as a Member of the Executive Board (CFO) at Turgut Aydın Holding and is a member of the Board of Directors at CarrefourSA.

Kariyerine Salomon Brothers’ta başlayan DuCharme; ardından Avrupa İmar ve Kalkınma Bankası ile Alfa Group’ta üst düzey görevlerde bulunmuştur. X5 Retail Group’ta Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı ve CEO’luk görevlerini üstlenmiş, ardından L1 Retail’in Yönetici Ortağı olarak uluslararası perakende yatırımlarına liderlik etmiş; bu kapsamda Dia Group’ta İcra Kurulu Başkanı ve CEO görevlerini üstlenmiştir. Gıda perakendesi, kurumsal dönüşüm ve yatırım yönetimi alanlarında kapsamlı deneyime sahiptir. 31 Temmuz 2026 tarihi itibarıyla CarrefourSA Yönetim Kurulu Üyesidir.

Throughout her career in finance, she has held various management positions; from 2010 to 2026, she served as CFO and Member of the Executive Board at Yeni Mağazacılık, gaining extensive retail sector experience in finance, human resources, internal audit, and corporate governance. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Turgut Aydın Holding companies and is also Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at LEAD Network Turkey. As of July 31, 2026, she is a member of the Board of Directors at CarrefourSA.

Board Member

He graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Koç University in 2004. He has held positions in investment banking and private equity at PwC, UniCredit CAIB, Goldman Sachs International, and MidEuropa, gaining experience in mergers and acquisitions, investments, and portfolio management across various sectors, particularly in food retail. He has served as Investment Director at Turgut Aydın Holding since 2023 and as an Executive Board Member responsible for Business Development, Mergers, and Acquisitions since 2026. As of July 31, 2026, he is a member of the CarrefourSA Board of Directors.

Independent Board Member

He graduated from the Department of Public Administration at the Faculty of Political Science, Istanbul University, in 1987. He began his career as an inspector at Garanti Bank; between 1997 and 2005, he held various senior positions in the areas of corporate, commercial, and SME banking. He served as General Manager at Garanti Emeklilik and Garanti Hayat, as Assistant General Manager in Charge of Loans at Garanti Bank, and as Assistant General Manager in Charge of Corporate and Commercial Banking and a Member of the Executive Board at Yapı Kredi Bank. Throughout his career, at various financial institutions in Turkey and abroad —including Garanti Leasing and Garanti Mortgage, Yapı Kredi Factoring, Yapı Kredi Leasing, Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan, Yapı Kredi Bank Nederland, Yapı Kredi Bank Malta, Yapı Kredi Koray GYO, and Garanti BBVA Romania—and has served as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Innovative Biotechnology since 2025. As of July 31, 2026, he is an Independent Member of the Board of Directors at CarrefourSA.

Independent Board Member

He graduated from the Department of Economics and Finance at the Faculty of Political Science, Ankara University, in 1975. He began his career as a financial inspector at the Ministry of Finance; joined Arthur Andersen in 1981; became an international partner at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1988; served as Head of the Tax Department for Arthur Andersen’s offices in Turkey, Romania, and Bulgaria from 1997 to 2001; and became a founding partner of Erdikler-Eratalar CPA. He has extensive experience in the areas of taxation, financial consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. In recent years, he has served on the boards of directors of Deutsche Bank, Borusan Makine, Coca-Cola Beverages, Adel Kalemcilik, and Tekfen Holding. He currently serves as a partner and managing director at Eratalar Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik Ltd. Şti.; he also serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Marmara Holding, Polisan Holding, and Diren Holding. As of July 31, 2026, he is an independent member of the Board of Directors at CarrefourSA.

Independent Board Member

He began his career in 1972 as an Accounting Specialist at the Board of Accounting Specialists of the Ministry of Finance, where he served until 1981. After stepping down from his position as Chief Accounting Specialist, he joined Sabancı Holding that same year. Aydemir held various positions within Sabancı Holding and most recently served as Head of the Finance and Treasury Department. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of Sabancı Holding from 2010 to 2015 and as an advisor to the Board of Directors of Sabancı Holding from 2015 to 2018. Throughout his career, in addition to serving as a board member and auditor at Sabancı Holding companies, he has also served on the Sabancı Holding Corporate Governance, Audit, and Finance Committees. He has served as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors at CarrefourSA since March 18, 2021.
