Board Member
Gökhan Eyigün graduated from the Business Administration Engineering Department of İstanbul Technical University in 1998. He furthered his education with an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management between 2002 and 2004 and attended director training programs at Harvard Business School. Starting his career at Arthur Andersen in 1998, Eyigün primarily offered consultancy in the field of corporate finance. In 2004, he was instrumental in founding the Corporate Finance and M&A Consultancy department at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he also held a managerial role. Joining Sabancı Group in 2007, Eyigün held various directorial positions within the Strategy and Business Development departments from 2007 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, he occupied the position of General Secretary of Sabancı Holding and was the General Director of Exsa, Tursa, and AEO. From 2020 to 2021, he served as an Executive Board Member of Temsa Motorlu Araçlar. As of 2021, Gökhan Eyigün has worked as Sabancı Holding Strategy and Business Development Group Chair while serving as the General Secretary. He has been a Board Member at CarrefourSA since March 10, 2023.

Vice-Chair of the Board
After completing his education at the ESSEC School of Business Administration and the Political Studies Institute, Laurent Vallée attended the École Nationale D'Administration (National Business School). He started his career as a Government Delegate at the French Council of State. He also held the position of Constitution Adviser to the Minister of State. He practiced law at Clifford Chance from 2008 to 2010 before being named the Civil Affairs Director at the French Ministry of Justice in April 2010. Vallée then served as the General Secretary for the Canal+ Group from 2013-2015 and was appointed the General Secretary of the Constitution Commission in March 2015. He joined Carrefour Group as the General Secretary on August 30, 2017. On July 1, 2019, he was appointed Vice Chair of our company's Board, a role he continues to occupy.

Board Member
Kerem Tezcan serves as the Director of Investor Relations at Sabancı Holding.
Prior to this role, he worked as a Director at Citi Securities, providing equity analyses for companies in the aviation, construction, energy, and software sectors, as well as holding companies in Türkiye and for Russia's aviation sector. Before that, he was a Director at BGC Partners Securities, where he analyzed companies in the Turkish aviation, construction, and real estate sectors, as well as holding companies. Previously, he was a Director at Deutsche Securities, where he provided equity analyses for the Turkish aviation, construction, white goods, automotive, and real estate sectors, as well as holding companies. Tezcan started his career at Raymond James Securities as an equity analyst. He holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Marmara University and a postgraduate diploma in Financial Management from Pace University. Kerem Tezcan was selected as the best Investor Relations Professional among more than 250 companies in Emerging Markets in the Global Investor Relations survey arranged by Institutional Investor, an independent evaluation organization, in 2022 and 2023. In the same survey, he was also selected as the best Investor Relations Professional among BIST30 companies. He has served as a CarrefourSA Board Member since February 5, 2024.

Board Member
Mustafa Özturan graduated from Gazi University with a degree in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations in 1993 and completed a master's degree in Private Law at Çağ University in 2013. He began his career as a Human Resources and Industrial Relations Specialist at Teksa and has held various positions at Bossa, H.Ö. Sabancı Holding, Sasa, and Enerjisa Enerji since 1995. Since July 2018, Mustafa Özturan has been serving as the Employee Experience & Labour Relations Director at H.Ö. Sabancı Holding A.Ş., responsible for Human Resources, Customer Experience, Procurement, Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety processes, as well as Group Labour Relations Management. He has served as a Board Member at CarrefourSA since April 25, 2024.

Board Member
Marc-Olivier Rochu graduated from École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP). He began his career in 2000 at Citigroup's investment banking and corporate finance department in London. By 2005, he had transitioned to Lehman Brothers in London, joining their Corporate Finance/Mergers and Acquisitions team focusing on the telecom and media sectors. From 2007 to 2012, he worked at Deutsche Bank in London, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, restructuring operations, public offerings, and capital markets transactions across various sectors. In December 2012, Rochu became part of Carrefour's Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions team, leading the execution of several acquisitions, divestitures, and stock offerings for the Group. Since early 2020, he has been the head of the global Mergers & Acquisitions team based in France and co-chair of Mergers & Acquisitions for the Group. He has been a Board Member at CarrefourSA since June 2023.

Independent Board Member
Born in 1954 in Karamürsel, Haluk Bal graduated from Darüşşafaka High School in 1973 and the Business Administration Faculty of İstanbul University in 1978. He began his professional journey as the Administrative Director of the Bank and Economic Commentary Magazine from 1978 to 1980. From 1981 to 1983, he worked as a Financial Affairs Specialist at IBM Türk Limited Şirketi, progressing to roles such as Sales Representative, Marketing Manager, and Director for the General Industry and Finance Industry from 1984 to 1996. Between 1997 and 1999, he served as the Marketing Director at I-BIMSA, eventually occupying the position of General Manager from 2000 to 2004. From 2005 to 2019, Bal occupied the role of General Secretary at Sabancı University before retiring in 2019. In addition to his successful career, he was a Board Member of Darüşşafaka from 2007 to 2011. He currently continues to function as a High Advisory Board Member of the Darüşşafaka Society and Advisory Board Member of the 'Social Gender and Women's Works Perfection Centre' at Sabancı University. He has served as an Independent Board Member at CarrefourSA since March 18, 2021.

Board Member
Guillaume de Colonges has a university degree in Economics and successfully completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He started his career as a manager at Carrefour Anglet in 1992 before working in various operational roles in hypermarkets in France and Poland. He gained significant experience in business administration as the Commerce and Supply Chain Director and served as the Supermarket and Hypermarket Operation Director in Türkiye and Taiwan from 2004 to 2008. In 2009, he was appointed as the CEO of Carrefour in Malaysia and Singapore. Colonges took on the role of CEO of Carrefour Türkiye in 2011 and Carrefour Poland in 2014. He was later named CEO of Northern and Eastern Europe and became a member of the Executive Committee of the Group in 2017. Since January 2020, he has held the position of Executive Director of Procurement and has been a member of the Group Executive Committee. He has served as a Board Member at CarrefourSA since March 27, 2018. 

Independent Board Member
Mevlüt Aydemir was born in 1948 in Erzincan. He is married with two children. Aydemir graduated from the Faculty of Economics of İstanbul University and served as an Account Expert on the Ministry of Finance's Board of Account Experts between 1972 and 1981. Leaving his role as Senior Financial Analyst in 1981, he embarked on a longstanding career with Sabancı Holding; after working as the Head of the Financial Affairs and Financing Department in 2010, he worked as a Board Member of Sabancı Holding between 2010-2015 and as an Adviser to the Board of Directors of Sabancı Holding between the years of 2015-2018 before retiring from that position. During his career, he assumed board membership and auditor positions and has been a member of the Corporate Governance, Audit, and Finance Committee of Sabancı Holding. He has served as an Independent Board Member at CarrefourSA since March 18, 2021.

Independent Board Member
Born in 1938, Atıl Saryal completed his primary and secondary education in Ankara before studying engineering at the University of Texas. Upon returning to Türkiye, he embarked on a career in the banking sector before joining Sabancı Group. He served as Adana Sasa and  Marsa's General Manager and occupied the position of Adana Chamber of Industry President for 8 years. He held Board Member positions at Philsa, Exsa, and Plassa. Subsequently, he was appointed the Head of the Food and Retailing Department of Sabancı Group and Chair of the Boards of Kraftsa, Danonesa, Diasa, Carrefoursa, Marsa, and Sapeksa. He retired as the Group President in 2002, stepped down from his chair positions and board memberships in 2004, and ended his TÜSİAD membership. In addition to serving as an Independent Board Member at Kordsa, he continued his roles as an Independent Board Member at Akçansa and Teknosa as well as as a France-Türkiye Consultant for CarrefourSa. He has served as an Independent Board Member at CarrefourSA since March 18, 2021.

Independent Board Member
Bülent Bozdoğan was born in 1956. After graduating from Middle East Technical University's Business Management program, he worked at PwC as a senior auditor in 1980. He managed various commercial and financial departments at Unilever Türkiye from 1982 to 1991. He was appointed the Deputy General Manager of Brisa Bridgestone Tire Co., a Joint Venture of Sabancı Holding and Bridgestone Japan, in charge of Finance, Planning, and Control in October 1991. In January 2001, he continued his career as the Global CFO and Vice President at KordSA Global A.Ş., a joint venture of DuPont USA and the Sabancı Group. He started to work as the Senior Audit Manager for Sabancı Holding A.Ş., in charge of auditing twenty different group companies in 2009, managing and coordinating each of the company's audit teams. Bülent Bozdoğan retired at the age of sixty-two, following Sabancı Holding's internal regulations, after 26 years of service at Sabancı. He worked at Dedeman Holding as the CEO in charge of Mining and Tourism Enterprises for 2 years. He started to work as an Independent Board Member and Audit Director for Borusan Mannessman Boru A.Ş., a Turkish-German joint venture, in July 2020 and still occupies these positions. He has been an Independent Board Member of Kordsa Indonesia since October 2020 and has served as an Independent Board Member at CarrefourSA since September 14, 2021.

Board Member
Şebnem Önder completed her education at Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1994. She started her professional journey as a Legal Consultant at White&Case LLP (Türkiye) in the same year. She continued in this role at the company's headquarters in New York from 1999 to 2000. Subsequently, she became a Partner in the Turkish division of the same firm, a position she maintained until 2014. In 2014, she joined British American Tobacco (Türkiye & North Africa) as the Legal Director. Since 2018, she has led the European Region Compliance Department at British American Tobacco (Europe). She has served as a Board Member at CarrefourSA since September 14, 2022.

After completing his high school education at İzmir Fen Lisesi, he earned a bachelor’s degree from Bogazici University Department of Management and completed Executive Program of Leadership Development (PLD) at Harvard Business School in 2016. Yelmen started his career in mergers & acquisitions advisory at PwC and continued at NBK Capital and UniCredit Group. Having been engaged in numerous M&A and valuation projects, he moved to “buy side” and worked at ADM Capital between 2010 and 2017 as an Investment Director where he led several investments and served as board member at several companies. He joined Development and Investment Bank of Turkey as the Managing Director of Türkiye Development Fund (TDF), focusing on both private equity and venture capital investments in 2019 and later served as the CEO and Board Member for the asset management company (GP) of TDF, establishing and managing 5 PE/VC funds with a total AuM of ~USD100m. Currently, he serves as the Head of Investments and M&A at Sabancı Holding. On top of investments and M&A, he serves as an investment committee member at a number of funds under Sabancı Group and holds board member positions at several Group companies.
