Kutay KARTALLIOĞLU

CEO 

Kutay Kartallıoğlu began his career as an Internal Auditor at Shell, Türkiye, in 1998 before moving on to a Management Trainee (MT) position at Garanti Bank. In 2001, he joined the Sabancı Holding Food and Retailing Group Directorate. By 2004, he was appointed as Treasury Manager at CarrefourSA, a joint venture of Carrefour Group and Sabancı Holding. In 2011, he was promoted to CFO, became a member of the Executive Committee, and was appointed to the Board. Since 2018, he has served as the CEO of CarrefourSA. His educational background includes studying Business Administration at Boğaziçi University and Management at Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.

 


Sevengül KARADAĞ

Deputy General Manager of Finance, Legal, and Risk

Sevengül Karadağ graduated from the Industrial Engineering program at Bilkent University in 1994 and completed an MBA at the same university in 1996. She started her career in 1996 at Körfez Yatırım Bankası, part of the Doğuş Group, in the Research and Corporate Financing Department, and worked there until 1998 before joining the Sabancı Group later that year. Karadağ worked in Sabancı Holding's finance department until 2016, leading energy, cement, retail, and insurance projects. In November 2016, she assumed the role of Director of Budget, Reporting, and the Operational Control Group. As of July 2, 2018, she continued as Deputy General Manager of Finance, Legal, and Risk by proxy. Karadağ has served as Deputy General Manager of Finance, Legal, and Risk since July 1, 2019.

 


Naime Bahar TURA

Deputy General Manager of Human Resources and Sustainability

 

Naime Bahar Tura graduated from Marmara University's English Language and Literature program in 1994. In 1996, she joined the Human Resources team at Delphi Otomotiv, serving as Human Resources Manager with responsibilities in the areas of Remuneration, Expat Management, and Reporting until 2012. She was appointed the Human Resources Director of Technical Operations at Sandoz İlaç in 2012. Later, she served as the Corporate Development and HR Director for İncitaş as part of İnci Holding before joining the ISS Group Companies as the Human Resources Director in 2014. She transitioned to Deputy General Manager of Human and Culture at ISS Türkiye Group in 2018. She has served as our company's Deputy General Manager of Human Resources and Sustainability since May 27, 2019.

 


Murat DİNÇER

Deputy General Manager of Category and Supply Chain

Murat Dinçer, a 1997 graduate of the Food Engineering Department at İstanbul Technical University, began his career that same year at Mayasan Gıda San. Ve Tic. A.Ş., where he worked as a Food Engineer and Sales Manager. In 1999, he worked at the CarrefourSA İçerenköy Hyper store as a Shelf Supervisor for the Store Training Programme. Subsequently, he held various positions, including Category Specialist and Manager, Private Label and Alternative Sales Channels Director, Strategy Director, Fresh Food Purchasing Category Group Manager, as well as Private Label Category and Wholesale Group Manager. On July 2, 2018, he was appointed Deputy General Manager of the Non-Food Category and currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of Category and Supply Chain.

 


Şenol ARPACI

Deputy General Manager of Sales

 

Şenol Arpacı received his Technical Sciences diploma from a French institution in 1997 and graduated from Montesquieu University's Department of Commercial Relations in 2004. He joined the CarrefourSA family in 1997, serving as the Store Manager at the Mersin Hypermarket from 2003 to 2005, as the Store Manager of the Batıkent Hypermarket in Ankara in 2005, and as the Regional Manager for all CarrefourSA Hypermarkets in 2008. He was then appointed as the Operations Manager for Multiformat Site 2 in April 2011 and as the Site Director in İstanbul and surrounding areas from January 2013. On January 1, 2014, he assumed the position of Sales Director; he currently serves as Deputy General Manager of Sales.

 

 


M. Bulut BATUM

Deputy General Manager of Investment, Franchise, and Procurement

 

M. Bulut Batum graduated from Robert College in 1995, earned his bachelor's degree in the Economics (English) program at İstanbul University in 1999, and completed his master's degree in the Regional and Strategic Studies program of the International Relations department at Galatasaray University in 2004. He obtained his second master's degree in the Political Science program of the International Relations department at Yeditepe University in 2009. Beginning his career at Metro AG Real as the Procurement and Logistics Coordinator from 1999-2002, Batum served as the Procurement and Projects Manager at Tansaş from 2002-2006 and managed his own foreign trade company from 2007-2011. In 2011, he joined our company as Procurement Manager, and in 2012, he coordinated the Romania-Poland-Türkiye joint procurement. He joined the Investment, Construction, and Procurement department in July 2018, was appointed Deputy General Manager in February 2019, and has been serving as Deputy General Manager of Investment, Franchise, and Procurement since December 2021.

 


Burçin ÇELİK

Deputy General Manager of Digital Technologies and Marketing

 

Burçin Çelik graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at İstanbul University in 1998. After gaining four years of experience in the textile and pharmaceutical sectors, he joined CarrefourSA as a manager in the Import and Logistics department in 2000. In 2012, he started his role as the Director responsible for Supply Chain, Checkout Operations, and Organization. He currently occupies the role of Deputy General Manager of Digital Technologies and Marketing.

 


Siyne ARSLANDOK

Head of Audit

 

Siyne Arslandok, graduated from Business Administration program at Marmara University in 2006. She started her career in 2006 at PricewaterhouseCoopers as Independent Auditor. In 2008 she worked as Financial Controller at Bayer Turk A.Ş. Later, In 2009 she transferred to Yıldız Holding Internal Audit Department as Senior Auditor and conduct several projects in food and beverage production, finance, construciton, mining, information technology sectors. As of April 2015, she joined CarrefourSA Internal Audit Department and currenlty continued as Head of Audit.

 


Tuğçe MERT

Chief Legal and Compliance Counsel

Tuğçe Mert graduated from the Faculty of Law at Eastern Mediterranean University in 2003 with a merit scholarship.

Since 2004, she has practiced law at various law firms and served as Legal Counsel at Ünlü & Co between 2008 and 2011. In 2011, she joined CarrefourSA as Senior Legal Counsel responsible for Litigation and Real Estate.

Since 2014, Tuğçe Mert has been serving as Chief Legal and Compliance Counsel, a position she continues to hold.
